In 1997, Michael Jackson signed a three-year contract with the company to promote a Esonic portable video player called DiscBaby.

Reportedly, the video player was the first of its kind at the time. Michael received a video player during his tour in Taiwan, in 1996, and Michael would have loved. The company wasted no time and asked the king of pop to be the spokesperson for their product.

The commercial was filmed in the USA in October 1997, exclusively for the Asian market.

Em 1997, Michael Jackson assinou um contrato de três anos com a empresa Esonic, para promover um leitor de vídeo portátil chamado DiscBaby.


Segundo consta, o leitor de vídeo foi o primeiro do gênero na época. Foi dado a Michael um leitor de vídeo durante a sua turnê em Taiwan em 1996, e Michael teria adorado. A empresa não perdeu tempo e pediu ao Rei do Pop para ser o porta-voz de seu produto.

O comercial foi filmado nos EUA em Outubro de 1997, unicamente para o mercado asiático.
